We would love for our guests to dress up with us on our special day! Women are asked to wear floor length evening gowns, or formal cocktail dresses. Men are asked to wear dark colored suits (charcoal, black, navy) with ties, or tuxedos.

Nope! We understand Newport is a busy area, with many different options for accommodations. Feel free to stay in a different hotel or an Airbnb if you think it would better suit your needs. However, transportation to the wedding venue will only be provided for those staying in the primary wedding hotel.

There will be a shuttle transporting guests from the Newport Beach Hotel & Suites to the venue before the ceremony, and back to the Newport Beach Hotel & Suites after the reception. For guests traveling from other accommodations, there is a large parking lot onsite — however, we prefer you take an Uber if you plan on celebrating with us so we can ensure you get home safely.

We have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event, therefore no children please. Although we love your little ones, we encourage you to use this evening as a fun night out!

Due to limited space, only those who are addressed on the wedding invitation are permitted to be at the wedding.

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors on the grassy patio overlooking the beach. The rest of the evening will take place indoors.
